We have ceiling solutions to meet acoustic, fire-rated, wind loading and seismic design requirements

Suspended Ceiling

Suspended Plastergrid Ceilings

Fully suspended ceiling with suspension depth of more than 20mm, available for fire rated, bulkhead, seismic design. The ceiling grid system consist of the primary Top Cross Rail and Secondary component Furring channel to increase spans. This system can be installed with wind-load droppers at cyclone prone and high wind areas.

Direct Fix

Direct Fix ceiling system

With direct fix furring channels or ceiling battens to either concrete, timber or steel ceiling structures for suspension depth of up to 200mm. Suitable for situations where minimize the space between the ceilings and structures and plasterboard linings, budget friendly option. This system can be installed with Acoustic clips to improve airborne sound and impact sound transmitted between floor and rain from roof.

Two Way Grid

Exposed Two way grid with ceiling tiles

The element Cross tee and main tee provides the two way grid system the framework for the installation of variety of lay-in tiles including acoustic, thermal, vinyl, fibre glass, wool. Different available tiles satisfied with clients’ aesthetic needs and also fits the purpose of the living space. The grids can also be painted to desire finishes.

Feature Ceiling

Feature ceiling

This includes ceiling design that goes beyond a simple flat surface and incorporates decorative elements, or architectural features to create focal point and add character to a room. Which can be irregular ceiling shapes and special designs. E.g. tear drop shape with featured white Baffle beams @600mm crs.

Bulkhead System

Bulkhead system

For situation where change of ceiling height and concealed services like lighting, plumbing and air conditioning. Connecting the different ceiling height surface together as transition.
Seismic Design

Seismic Design (PS1)

In New Zealand, the seismic performance of non- structural elements is governed by clause B1 of the Building Code, which requires evidence of expected seismic performance and issue PS1. Suspended ceiling are particularly vulnerable to seismic forces and require specific design and installation method to ensure stability during an earthquake. Accurate Interiors is partnered with long term Engineers to provide seismic design service customized to each job.
Gridlok

Gridlok/ Tracklok

This is for seismic bracing, ceilings need to be designed with appropriate seismic bracing to transfer earthquake loads to the building structure. Simple click fit and screw off process enables easy installation to reduce time required to complete back bracings.

Steel stud wall

Internal non- load bearing wall framing, the availability in various sizes, complimentary components such as Top deflection head track, studs, noggins and bottom track, curve wall track ensure this wall system is available to suit almost all situations. Comes in 0.75 BMT, 1.15bmt gauge and 51mm, 64mm 92mm and 150mm in sizes to meet bearing requirements. It is proven to generate 30% savings instead of typical timber wall install.
Access Panels

Access Panels

Access panels for suspended plastergrid ceiling grid. Each access panel is fully integrated in ceiling surface to allow for quick and easy access of the service. Available sizes are 300×300, 450×450 and 530×530.
